What is MyHRProof?
MyHRProof is a private, encrypted app that lets you document what happens to you at work — incidents, evidence, dates, and details — so if you ever need to prove it, you can. It's built for employees, not employers.
How do I sign up?
Free to start. Sign up on the web at app.myhrproof.com/signup with your email and a password, or download the app and sign up there. Your account and records sync across both.
Do I use the app or the website?
Both work with one account. The app is the fullest experience — log incidents the moment they happen, attach photos, video, and voice, and chat with Charlie. The website lets you sign up, subscribe, and view and log your records too. Everything syncs.
Is it on Android?
The iPhone app is live now, and an Android version is on the way. In the meantime, Android users can use MyHRProof fully on the web at app.myhrproof.com.
Plans & Pricing
What do the plans cost?
Three plans: Starter $9.99/mo — unlimited logging, photo/video/audio/location evidence, encrypted vault, and agency reporting. Growth $14.99/mo (most popular) — everything in Starter plus Charlie the AI advisor, weekly reports, law-update alerts, and training. Pro $29.99/mo — everything in Growth plus AI handbook and wage/salary analysis and PDF legal export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalty. If you subscribed in the app, manage it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; if you subscribed on the web, use the billing link in your dashboard. Your records stay yours to export even after you cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions, contact us at hello@myhrproof.com.
Privacy & Security
Can my employer see my records?
No. Your account is private to you. Your records are end-to-end encrypted with a key only you hold — your employer has no way to access them through us, and neither do we.
What does "zero-knowledge encryption" mean?
Your incidents and evidence are encrypted on your own device before they ever leave it. When they sync to our cloud, we store only scrambled data we cannot read. Even if our servers were breached, your records would be unreadable. The trade-off: if you lose both your password and your recovery code, no one — including us — can recover your data.
Do you sell my data or track me?
No. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use advertising or cross-app tracking. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, anytime, from within the app. Deleting your account removes your account, incidents, and encryption keys — which permanently makes any synced data unreadable.
Organizations & Partners
Can my union, nonprofit, or firm offer this to our members?
Yes. Organizations can sponsor MyHRProof at volume pricing — and because it's zero-knowledge, you sponsor the protection but can't see members' data, which is exactly why they'll trust it. See For Organizations or request a quote.
Can I partner with or refer people to MyHRProof?
We'd love that. Creators and communities can join our affiliate program (launching soon), and organizations can resell or cross-refer. See the Partners page to apply.

Is MyHRProof legal advice?
No. MyHRProof is a documentation and education tool, not a law firm, and nothing in it — including Charlie's responses — is legal advice or a substitute for a licensed attorney. Always read the law yourself and consult an employment attorney about your specific situation. See our Terms.
