Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident using MyHRProof. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Free Trial

Every new MyHRProof account includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You will never be charged without your explicit action to start a paid subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscribers, you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for monthly subscriptions that are cancelled mid-period.

Exception: if you contact us at support@myhrproof.com within 7 days of a charge and have not meaningfully used the service during that period, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of purchase and have not exported more than 5 incident reports, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not issue refunds on annual subscriptions, but your access will continue through the end of the subscription year.

App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is managed by Apple or Google respectively, and refunds are governed by their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly for refund requests on in-app purchases.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@myhrproof.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, charge after cancellation), please contact us immediately at billing@myhrproof.com. We will investigate and correct any errors promptly with a full refund if applicable.
